Through our dual-degree master’s programs with the internationally renowned Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, students develop the business knowledge that will keep them competitive in the growing field of environmental engineering.
The Johns Hopkins MBA/MS in Environmental Planning and Management program prepares students for leadership roles in a world undergoing rapid ecological transformation.
The curriculum examines how environmental engineering and science affect real-world outcomes in public policy, decision-making, and the economy, and how fundamental business disciplines are intertwined throughout. Taking into account factors like modern technology, social constraints, and the availability of financial resources, experienced instructors—through the use of interactive learning tools and online course delivery—teach students how to plan, execute, and evaluate the most complex environmental projects of our time.
This program is offered through the Whiting School’s Engineering for Professionals program (EP) and the Carey Business School. You have the flexibility to take courses at the two schools simultaneously or sequentially. As a graduate, you’ll receive two degrees, one from each school.
