Chloe Huang graduated from Sichuan University in 2012 with a major in International Economics and Trade. And then she came to Duke University, She finished her Master of Management: Foundations of Business courses in 2013. Chloe Huang is currently a PhD student at Duke University, specializing in Management and Organizations. Her current research interests include organizational creativity and innovation, and cross-cultural issues in organizational behavior and human resource management.

Q : Why did you choose Management in your postgraduate studies?

A : My undergraduate major, International Economics and Trade, includes knowledge in many aspects, such as economics, trade issues, marketing and business management, which gave me a macro perspective of business. With in-depth study, I found management is essential for the development of enterprises. Management creative is the endless power for the development of modern enterprises. In that context, I gradually developed an interest in management and determined to focus on Management in my postgraduate studies.

Q : What factors should we consider when looking for a suitable program?

A : There are a number of factors which we're to consider. The following points are considered in evaluating a postgraduate programme: reputation of degree program, employment opportunities, research opportunities, location and tuition fee.
