Only for West Bengal, Bihar, Mumbai, Rajasthan and Assam data benefit will be as per below table and 2G data would be extended.

Terms and Conditions -

• Offer is limited only to users of Xiaomi MI Max smartphone imported Into India through official channels and purchased from Xiaomi authorized sales points.
• Data Offer is applicable only on active Idea data connections when used within India
• Offer is not applicable on company owned connections

Prepaid subscriber journey -

• On purchase Xiaomi Mi Max smartphone customer qualifies to claim the double data offer
• Existing customers can also avail of the offer on recharging with the special denomination exclusively created for Mi Max customers. Non idea subscribers can avail a new idea connection to enjoy this special benefit.
• Offer is applicable after the First recharge for new idea customers, Subscriber can recharge their idea mobile number with Rs. 453 to enjoy the double data benefit
• MRP 453 recharge will give only data benefit only to Mi Max Smartphone customers as per the agreement between Xiaomi and Mi Max. Other customer will not get any data benefit on recharging with this denominations.
• After FREE data benefit & validity is over subscriber will be charged as per base rate. Customers can contact Idea customer care for details of base rate.
• Subscribers are limited to a maximum 12 recharges
• After the 12th recharge Subscriber will not get the extra data benefit for eg. on the 13th recharge of 453 customer would only get 2GB data or the data that prevails at the point in time
• Beyond the data provided in the recharge denomination extra consumption would be charged at a rate of 4p/10kb
• In states that Idea has 4G services the double data would be provided such that half can be utilized in areas that have 2G/3G/4G coverage while the other half can only be used when the customer is in an area that provides 4G coverage.
• In states that idea offers 3G services all the data benefit can be used in 3G /2G coverage
• In states that idea offers its own 2G services all the data benefit can be used in 2G coverage
• Subscriber will be able to enjoy network as per below table

General

1. Offer once activated cannot be reversed or re-claimed
2. Additional booster packs can be taken at customer discretion
3. Benefits can be passed only after validation of CAF form and compliance to documentation guidelines in case of new customers
4. In no event Idea Cellular Limited will be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to the offer.
5. Idea Cellular Limited may also impose limits on the use of or access to the offer, in any case and without notice or liability.
6. Any claims, issues, damages or losses with regards to the hardware (Handset) will be the sole liability of the handset manufacturer. Idea Cellular Limited will not have any responsibility related to the device or handset. You expressly agree to avail the offer at your sole risk.
7. Idea Cellular Limited reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to the offer at any time within the realm of TRAI Guidelines and Directives. Further, the terms of this offer shall be concomitantly read with terms and conditions of the CAF.
8. The benefits under the offer shall be available and restricted to the Home Circle and while on roaming, rates (data) as per the applicable roaming tariffs shall apply.
9. The benefits under the offer shall be available and restricted to the Handset Models specifically notified by IDEA and Xiaomi.
