Chenwei Wang received the B.Eng. degree in information engineering and the M.S. degree in communications and information systems from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, in 2005 and 2008, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of California, Irvine, Irvine, CA, USA, in 2012. Dr. Wang is a reviewer of many prestigious IEEE transactions journals and flagship conferences. His research interests include various topics in wireless communications, networks, signal processing, and machine learning. His industrial experience includes work at Nokia Siemens Networks, Beijing, China, DoCoMo USA Labs and then DOCOMO Innovations, Palo Alto, CA, USA. Dr. Wang has authored and coauthored more than 30 top IEEE journal and conference papers.
